Production Access

To launch your application with full production access, SodaGift requires certain preliminary documentation to ensure compliance and security standards are met. Please submit the necessary documents promptly to avoid delays in transitioning from development to production.

Obtaining Production API Keys

1. Register for a Production Account: To get started, sign up at SodaGift for Business. It's important to note that the production environment operates independently from the Sandbox environment, with no overlapping data.
2. Request Production Access: Go to Settings, select Developer Settings, and then click on “Generate API Key.”
3. Fill Out the Access Form: Follow the prompts in the subsequent form to complete your request.

Production Review Guidelines

During the review, you’ll need to provide business documentation such as articles of incorporation, W9 forms, or a bank verification letter to comply with "Know Your Customer" regulations.

• Review Duration: The review is generally completed within 1-2 business days. Should we need more information, the process could extend up to a week. To accelerate the review, please communicate with your designated SodaGift representative.
