What is SodaGift for Biz?
SodaGift for Business is a global corporate gifting platform that enhances customer and employee experiences with the right gift at the right time, enabling fast and simple sending of both digital and physical gifts to over 10 countries.

Funding
You have two options for payment:
- Preload your account with any amount and have the order cost automatically deducted from your balance each time you order.
- Place your order first, then recharge your account with the exact amount of the total order. Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment.
Payment Method
- ACH / Wire Transfer: Please refer to the bank details in the Funding menu. You will receive a confirmation email once the recharge is complete.
- Debit / Credit Card: To pay by card, please contact [email protected] and request a payment link for the desired amount. You will receive the link within 1–2 business days.
- A 3.5% VAT will be applied.
- Card payments are available in USD only.
Payment Documentation
- Invoice: Email [email protected] to request an invoice for the amount you wish to recharge.
- Proof of payment: After the recharge is completed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your Funding ID.
- Transaction details: You can view completed transactions in the “Order History” menu.
- Tax Invoice: A tax invoice can be issued only for completed transactions. For any invoice or tax-invoice requests, please email [email protected].
Global Catalog
After logging in to the platform, go to the upper right corner and select “Download catalog.”
The catalog is updated in real time. Always download the latest version before placing an order.
The catalog includes three types of items:
- Digital Gift Card: A stored-value card that can be used to purchase products from a specific brand.
- Digital Voucher: A gift card that can be redeemed for designated products from a particular brand.
- Merchandise: Physical goods that are shipped directly to the recipient’s address.
Bulk Order
For orders of five or more items, it is recommended to submit a bulk order Excel file.
How to place a bulk order
- Log in to the platform.
- In the upper right corner, click “Upload Bulk Order”, then select “Download Bulk Order Template.”
- Read the “Instructions and Example” sheet carefully before entering any information.
- Fill in the “Order A” or “Order B” sheet as needed.
- Save the file.
- Go back to “Upload Bulk Order” and drag and drop, or select the file you created.
- Complete the payment.
